www.collegehumor.com - This does have 18+ links on it, and it does have representations of genitalia and other inapropriate things, but I would approve it for the ages 12+. There is a lot of funny stuff there.
www.13-19chat.com - A cool place to hang out. There are wierdos...like horny kids, but it is only a place for 13-19 year-olds.

www.walkersindarkness.org - A chat and message board for those with problems such as suicidal tendencies/thoughts, OCD, Depression, etc. A good place to go, as the people there understand what you're going through.
